TERMS OF PURCHASE:  Purchase Orders are accepted.  Orders may be faxed, mailed, phoned in, or you may use our website to shop and place orders online.   We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.  If an order does not indicate payment by credit card, an invoice will be mailed for billing.  There is a 20% restocking fee of purchased items returned.

Safety Manuals.  Due to the advances in technology, the theft of downloaded, emailed or CD safety manuals is extremely easy. For this reason, DigitalREG only offers a 60-day complete refund if any safety program contained within your safety manual fails an OSHA inspection (supporting documentation required).  Otherwise, all Safety Manuals sales are final. No exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted.

All Downloads, CDs, DVDs, and written materials are non-returnable. Due to the advances in technology, the theft of CD and DVD contents are easy. For this reason, all CD, DVD, and Written Materials sales are final. No exchange, return, refund, or credit will be accepted.

RESTOCKING FEE: Items returned within 10 days will reflect a 20% restocking fee unless you wish to exchange for video of equal or lesser value. No refunds or exchanges after ten days.

RETURN POLICY: All sales final after 10 days.

SHIPPING/HANDLING: DigitalREG makes every attempt to process orders within 24 hours and generally shipped via UPS or other tracking system. Saturday shipping is costly and not available in all areas. Please call for quote and availability verification.

These copyrighted materials/programs may not be duplicated, loaned, leased, rented or given to anyone else without our permission. It is copyright infringement to use preview videos for training or public viewing purposes. We have prosecuted in the past and will continue to prosecute everyone violating our copyright protection rights. We prosecute both the infringing company and the individual.

ORDERS BEYOND CONTINENTAL U.S. A. :  All orders that are not part of the continental United States must be pre‑paid by check or credit card prior to shipping [this includes but is not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico]. Note that all internet orders will be charged shipping and handling fee of at least $75.00 to cover all shipping charges. Adjustments to this price will be handled according to the area of deliver.
